Requirements

  • A detailed description of menu items, including prices must be submitted with this application. Menu items submitted with this application must be available on vendor’s menu throughout the entire Fair. Fair management will approve menu items. All pricing must include sales tax. Sales tax cannot be added on at time of sale.
  • Trailer information and photo must be submitted with application.
  • Vendors contracted must abide by all rules & regulations of the Alameda County Fair.
  • If concessionaire’s application is accepted and approved for being a vendor for the 2025 Fair, a deposit will then be required to confirm the application acceptance.

Most locations have: 60 amp / 220 (power fee charged for each space. Any stands requiring power above the allotted amount for the specific spot will be required to rent a generator at concessionaire cost.)

I understand that the Alameda County Fair Association reserves the right to accept and/or reject any application submitted, and further reserves the right to accept, reject and/or modify any and all products and prices submitted.
