POSITION SCOPE:
The Sponsorship Intern is a seasonal, part time position beginning in March and concluding at the end of July. This position is designed to offer individuals hands-on sales and marketing experience where they will assist the Account Executive and marketing team on partnering with sponsors, fulfilling contracts, activating brands and creating experiential events during the annual Fair. It is approximately 16 to 25 hours per week increasing to 35-40 hours per week during our annual Fair (June 14-July 7). This position supports the sponsor and marketing team to sell, implement, promote, and activate sponsorship brands before, during, and after Fair. A qualified candidate is a creative, organized, detail-oriented, dead-line conscious, and a confident person with interpersonal skills. The ability to handle multiple projects effectively is essential for success.

POSITION SCOPE:
This is a seasonal, part time position beginning in April and concluding at the end of July. It is approximately 16-25 hours per week increasing to 35-40 hours per week during our annual Fair (June 16-July 9). This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to learn more about the event sales and events operations. This position supports the Event Sales department in their day-to-day operations during the Fair. Working early, late and/or weekend shifts as needed is required. POSITION SCOPE:
As the Marketing & Box Office Intern, you’ll gain hands-on admissions and marketing experience at the largest event center in the East Bay Area! Events include Fair admission, concerts and festivals. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a seasonal part time position beginning in May and concluding July 15. You will work with the admissions and marketing team, fulfilling ticket requests, assisting in creating a positive guest experience at the gates, learning ticketing procedures for large scale events, work tasting fests as well as nightly concerts. It is approximately 16 to 25 hours per week increasing to 35-40 hours per week during our annual Fair (June 14-July 7).
