Guest Rules


Rule For Being Outside Your Vehicle

Please follow these rules and regulations, we are closely following the rules set by Alameda County Health Order

 

Physical Distance: Please keep a minimum of a 6 foot distance (all around) at all times.

Masks: It is mandatory that you must wear a mask.

Queue Lines: All Food Trucks will have queue lines that physically distance guests 6 feet apart. You may stand in as many lines as you’d like. 

No Garbage: For the safety of our guests, there will be no trash cans (restrooms are available and cleaned regularly).

Grab-n-Stay:  Starting Friday, June 19, you may stay and eat at our picnic tables or bring your own blanket/lawn chair. You must stay in your social bubble. Follow the exit signs when you are done.

FAQ’s

Grab & Go Food Trucks will be open for sales from 6 PM until 9 PM.

There will be approximately 12 food trucks each week.

You may arrive and park any time between 5 PM and 9 PM.

No in and out privileges.

Pets are not allowed at the Grab & Go Food Trucks. However, registered service dogs are permitted.

For the safety of our customers, we do not allow firearms, weapons of any kind, drugs (including marijuana) or outside alcoholic beverages. All vehicles and persons are subject to search. All garbage must stay inside the vehicle, we are not able to provide trash bags per the current Alameda County Health order.

Each Food Truck is different. Please plan to pay with a credit card.

Yes, advance parking is available online, visit alamedacountyfair.com or call Etix at (800) 514-3849. You are also able to purchase entry at the gate. To enter the gate, bring a copy of your receipt on your mobile device or printed.

Yes, picnic tables are up on a first come, first serve basis. You may bring your own blanket or lawn chair to picnic with your social bubble. Please keep a 6 foot parameter and keep your mask on when not eating.

No, in adherence with the Alameda County Health Orders, you may order your food and go home to enjoy.

Yes, in adherence with the current Alameda County Health Order, you must wear a mask while you are outside of your vehicle and picking up your food. Please keep a 6 foot perimeter around you. Please follow this rule so we may continue to offer the food trucks.

Yes, if you purchased parking for the Drive-In Movie or Drive-In Concert for that evening, you may stop at the Grab-n-Go Food Trucks for no extra charge. Just follow the sigange at Gate 12 when you check in. You are more than welcome to eat your food during the movie or concert inside your vehicle. You may also add movie parking at the lot entrance after purchasing food, if it is not sold out. All garbage must stay inside the vehicle, we are not able to provide trash bags per the current Alameda County Health order.

Per the Alameda County Health Order, there will be no trash cans available. Please take everything home with you.

We will communicate via email, our website and social media if weather threatens the Grab & Go Food Trucks for that evening.

There is no limit on how much you may order, however, we ask that you understand other guests may want to order from the same truck and that trucks have limited staff.

Menus for each Food Truck are featured on at the top of this page.

Each truck will have a queue line. All guests are expected to keep a 6 foot parameter around them at all times.

Fair Food Friday’s is only Friday and not a Food Truck. The Alameda County Fair Chefs offer a new menu every Friday to drive through and pick up. The menu is pre-order only and must be ordered by Wedensday. Pick up is later afternoon on Fridays only. For more information, visit alamedacountyfair.com.
