Alameda County Fairgrounds offers a complete range of professional services and equipment rentals for every type of event including tents, tables, ticket booths, pipe & drape, forklifts, Wi-Fi and more.

WIFI SERVICE

Wi-Fi service is available for events in the A, B, C and D buildings. Limited coverage may also be available around the grounds. Please check with your event coordinator for details.

SHIPPING and RECEIVING

For your convenience, the Fairgrounds offers advance freight warehousing for up to two weeks prior to your event. Shipments will be relocated to your event site when you arrive.

Drayage handling charges apply and are based on weight. Please download form below for shipping services:

    PREMIUM Season Passes also includes one parking pass per day every day of Fair*

    *Restrictions apply: One daily, nontransferable Fair admission, (June 19, 2020 – July 12, 2020) Wednesdays - Sundays. Handstamp required for re-entry; not transferable. Season Pass special event tickets do not include Fair Admission. Your Season Pass is your admission ticket. Discounted tickets purchased for guests who do not have a season pass, must purchase admission separately in advance, or at admission gates. Limit six (6) concert seats per season pass holder per show. Bleacher seats not for sale and will be released 7PM day of show. First come, first serve while supplies last.**Premium Season Pass Parking includes one General parking lot entry per day (June 19, 2020 – July 12, 2020) Wednesdays - Sundays. General lots include Gate 7 (when open), Gate 8 and Gate 12 parking lots. Does not include parking in-and-out privileges, WP, VIP or other event parking. Parking passes only apply to PREMIUM Season Pass Holders; not transferable.
